At Teds Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, making sure to clear or cover any old tracking labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
